Aim?
Sell 70% of stock within the first week of the launch.

How?
I have planned and implemented an 8 week paid & organic social campaign leading to the on-sale date.
With organic social, I have mapped out the post frequency for the whole duration and noted it into the system.
With paid social, I have implemented awareness campaigns and then used the gathered data for retargeting.
I created assets on a weekly basis, reflecting the evolution of sales on the artwork with suitable messaging.

Result?
£1.45M within 1 week of the product launch = 75% of stock
Organic & paid social attribution = 45% of the revenue.

Digital and field marketing campaign for a venue.

Aim?
Sell-out of an event.

How?
Putting paid social & banner campaigns in place, I targeted audiences hand-picked based on research/past data.
The social media strategy was created & I oversaw the team during the 16 week campaign.
I created video & static assets for the campaign and directed the freelance designer when support was needed.
Regular email campaigns were sent, where I targeted audiences by location, interests and past behaviour.
Leafleting & poster staff were hired for multiple days over a multiple week period.
Result?
Sell-out producing £385.000 in revenue = ~390% ROI

What?
Launch of an e-commerce brand in the USA.

Aim?
Grow the following and awareness while staying profitable.

How?
Starting from scratch, I have created the website, the supply chain and designed the products (merch).
I've been posting content relevant to the audience on socials, utilising the power of suitable hashtags.
I created a network of affiliates who further promoted the products in exchange for %.

Result?
With no ad spend - the business profits grew by 40% month-on-month over a 1 year period.
Constant weekly growth of following with over ~15% engagement rate on Instagram.

What?
Accommodation contract negotiation for Amazon delegates

Aim?
Find suitable accommodation within the specified budget.

How?
I have sourced multiple offers from hotels within the specified area.
Using my communication skills, I have then negotiated the price down.
Following that, I have presented the counter-offers to the other hotels to bring the cost down even further.

Result?
Saving £45k (20.5%) on the assigned budget of £220k.
Benefits for the delegates such as access to the spa free of charge.
